MPACT - TEL - Online Materials

The following links will provide you access to some basic information regarding each of the five transition topical areas and modules. In order to fully understand the information and to be able to apply it in a meaningful way it is important that you attend an MPACT transition training in your area. At these training sessions, you will have an opportunity to apply this information to your own personal transition needs and to develop a plan to support your transition from school to the community. In addition, you will receive a workbook and resource manual of materials and information to support your transition planning.

An overview of the training content for each module.
A "Transition Information for Parents and Students (TIPS)" sheet that provides summary information and tips to remember that are related to each module.
A link to bulleted presentation information for each module.

To attend a TEL training in your area enter the Training Events link to find the next scheduled training or contact your nearest MPACT regional coordinator.
